These terms govern your use of omorotabi.com and the Japan travel planning services provided by Omorotabi ("we", operated by Petras Kimbrys). By using this site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.

Description of services

Omorotabi provides bespoke Japan travel planning consultations. The inquiry form on this site is not a booking or purchase form — submitting it only expresses interest in receiving a proposal. Specific trip plans, pricing, and terms are discussed and confirmed directly by email or other channels after your inquiry.

Inquiries and communication

By submitting an inquiry, you confirm that the information provided (name, contact details, trip details) is accurate. We typically respond within 24 hours. An automatic confirmation email does not constitute a contract for travel services.

Third-party services

Accommodation, transport, tours, and other services used during your trip are often provided by third parties (hotels, carriers, guides, etc.). Omorotabi acts as a trip planner and intermediary — the quality of services delivered directly by third parties is the responsibility of those providers, under their own terms.

Pricing and payment

No prices are listed on the site and no payments are processed through it. Final pricing, payment arrangements, and cancellation terms are agreed individually before a trip plan is confirmed.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photos, logo, and design — belongs to Omorotabi or is used with proper permission. Content may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

Limitation of liability

While we make every effort to keep information on this site accurate, we are not responsible for force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, transport disruptions, government decisions, etc.) that may affect trip plans. Travel insurance and personal document arrangements (visas, passports) are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
